Removal of 41m of damaged bitumen, concrete and underground pipe. Excavate area and compact and concrete. Install 41x3m of a new concrete culvert. Sandbag and concrete into place and form surface for the trafficable area. Install new rock wall on either side including grading inlets and outlets to ensure stormwater flow.
